Additionally,
please perform the following steps:
1)
Disable
automatic updates of Java.
2)
Remove
all versions of Java currently on workstation and reboot.
3)
Add
daexpweb.dasny.org to trusted sites and Pop-Up Blocker Settings
If you are
using CM behind a proxy server in your network, please check the following
settings in Java
(accessed via Control Panel on your PC):
1) From the “General” tab, select the “Network
Settings” button.
2) Make sure the “Direct Connection” option is
selected and click OK.
3) From the “Advanced” tab, insure that the
“JNLP File/MIME Association” is set to “Always Allow”.
4) Select Apply and then OK.
5) Close all Internet Explorer windows and
open CM again.
